Concetti Palletiser installations handle format change automatically, based on the weight of the product to be bagged and on the bag characteristsics (size, shape and material from which it is made). The parameters required to achieve the best performance in terms of bagging speed, weighing accuracy and physical appearance of the finished pallet are input automatically into the program through the network, without any intervention by personnel, and are sent to the servo-regulators of the accessories (belts, pushers, printers, check weigher etc..).

Format change for the entire line is completed in a maximum of two minutes.
