Golconda can undertake complete handling systems when required. The photographs show just such a system supplied and installed by Golconda to produce pesticide products.

The system includes raw materials intake, grinding and conveying, batch mixing, extruding and cooling, as well as the 25kg packing and palletising system manufactured by Concetti. A separate conveying system delivers product to the retail pack filling and packaging plant.

Golconda has the capability to engineer bespoke materials handling systems or to modify existing plants to improve output, productivity or simply to meet changing market demands. Our long experience allows us to select the most appropriate proprietary pieces of equipment or to design specific items where necessary.
