The Brann & Luebbe Minipond controller meets most international regulatory systems and allows tolerance checking and self-optimising to maintain weighment accuracy even when the product density or characteristics vary.
Net weigher
The Concetti range of net weighers is supplied with various versions of gravity, belt or screw type feeders, according to the materials being handled.
The product is fed into the weigh hopper while the empty bag is positioned. When the required weighment is reached, the controller shuts off the feeding device and discharges the weighment.

Gross weigher
The gross weigher is made as an integrated part of the IGF or Continua machine. In this case the bag holder is itself weighed and product is fed directly into the bag with no intervening weigh hopper.
The same range of gravity, belt or screw feeders is available. A gross weigher requires less headroom and can have advantages when handling sticky materials.
