Automatic rotary arm machine for palletised load wrapping with stretchable film.

Working Principle

Pallet wrapping is obtained by means of the arm rotation combined with the spool carriage vertical slipping along the rotary arm. The film is clamped by a pincer. In the final stage, it is hot cut and welded by a controlled temperature device.

Pre-Stretch-Carriage

The electronic pre-stretch carriage allows film stretching up to 300%. The unwinding speed, controlled by a motor installed on the carriage, is inverter-driven and based on load perimeter.

Touchscreen

The touchscreen display allows easy setting of wrapping parameters. In addition, it displays any stoppage causes (self-diagnosis) and production data.
