Automatic rotary arm stretch wrapping for palletized loads.

Working principle

Pallet wrapping is obtained by means of the arm rotation combined with the spool carriage vertical slipping along the rotary arm. The film is clamped by a pincer. In the final stage, it is hot cut and welded by a controlled temperature device.

Pre-strech carriage

The electronic pre-strech carriage allows film stretching up to 200%. The unwinding speed, controlled by a motor installed on the carriage, is inverter-driven to ensure even film placement at pallet load corners.

Touchscreen

The touch-screen allows easy setting of wrapping parameters. In addition, it displays any stoppage cause (self-diagnosis) and production data.
