Automatic rotary platform machine for palletised load stretch wrapping and seal covering by a polyethylene sheet.

Working principle

Pallet wrapping is obtained by means of the platform rotation combined with the spool carriage vertical sliping along the supporting column. Seal covering is obtained by two wrapping coils, one upward and one downward. The coils fix on all four sides a polyethylene sheet positioned at the top of the palletised load

Pre-strech carriage

The electronic pre-strech carriage allows film stretching up to 200%. The unwinding speed, controlled by a motor installed on the carriage, is inverter-driven to ensure even film placement at pallet load corners.

Touchscreen

The touch-screen display allows easy setting of wrapping parameters. In addition, it display any stoppage causes (self-diagnosis) and production data.
